What You Will Be Doing

• Conduct a spectrum of routine and advanced clinical laboratory tests-spanning chemistry, hematology, immunology, and beyond-following standardized procedures.
• Ensure result integrity by analyzing findings, troubleshooting discrepancies, and performing necessary maintenance on laboratory instruments.
• Assist in specimen collection and meticulously prepare samples for testing as required.
• Keep thorough documentation of all procedures, train newcomers and students, and help maintain the highest laboratory quality standards.
• Ensure a clean and safe workspace while adhering to regulatory and accreditation protocols.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree alongside ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications Required

• Obtain ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of hire.
• Keep certification active throughout employment.
