Description – What Your Role Entails

• Conduct routine and specialized clinical lab tests—spanning chemistry, hematology, immunology, and beyond—adhering to established protocols with precision.
• Evaluate test results for precision, troubleshoot anomalies, and ensure all laboratory instruments are routinely maintained and calibrated.
• Support specimen collection efforts and prepare samples for analysis as necessary.
• Meticulously document all procedures, engage in training new staff or students, and assist in fostering a culture of lab quality excellence.
• Ensure a safe, clean working environment while complying with all regulatory and accreditation standards.

Educational Background

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health qualification along with ASCP/AMT certification upon hire.

Required Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be attained within the first year of employment.
• Ongoing maintenance of certification throughout your career.
