Your Responsibilities

• Conduct routine and specialized clinical laboratory testsincluding chemistry, hematology, immunology, and beyondfollowing established protocols.
• Evaluate test results for precision, address discrepancies, and perform preventive maintenance and calibration of laboratory instruments.
• Assist with the collection of specimens and prepare samples for laboratory testing as required.
• Thoroughly document all laboratory procedures, provide training for new staff or students, and help maintain laboratory quality standards.
• Ensure a clean and safe laboratory environment while adhering to all regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or a similar allied health degree, along with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications Needed

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) required within the first year of hire.
• Maintain active certification throughout your employment with us.
