Midwest Sales Team Lead – oversees a team of professionals who work with organizations looking to provide benefits to their employees. Midwest Service Team Lead – oversees a team of professionals who provide support and offer additional services to companies who work with us to provide benefits to their employees. NEITHER OF THESE ROLES IS AN EMPLOYEE BENEFITS ADMINISTRATOR SUCH AS MIGHT BE PART OF A HUMAN RESOURCES TEAM. Qualifications Licensed – Current license required Experienced – The ideal candidate has some understanding of the group renewal cycle and how to support a producer with admin tasks. Experience with medical practice clients will be a plus. Leadership – The candidate selected will have prior leadership experience, preferable in the insurance industry. Multi‑tasking – Ability to successfully manage different projects and tasks in a fast‑paced environment. Cross‑training opportunities will be available for life insurance, annuities, and long‑term care. Communication – The ability to speak and write in a clear and calm manner, ensuring customer satisfaction above all. Organization – Ability to plan and operate in a well‑organized manner. Team Oriented – Ability to incorporate well with the existing team, as well as maintain a positive attitude and good energy in the workplace. Computer literate – Ready to use and learn technology, as we work in a variety of portals and software programs. The candidate chosen would build benefit enrollment materials for employees which are created in Excel and PowerPoint.
