Midwest Sales Team Lead – oversees a team of professionals who work with organizations looking to provide benefits to their employees. Midwest Service Team Lead – oversees a team of professionals who provide support and offer additional services to companies who work with us to provide benefits to their employees. Qualifications Licensed – Current license required Experienced – The ideal candidate has some understanding of the group renewal cycle and how to support a producer with admin tasks. Experience with medical practice clients will be a plus. Leadership – The candidate selected will have prior leadership experience, preferable in the insurance industry. Multi‑tasking – Ability to successfully manage different projects and tasks in a fast‑paced environment. Cross‑training opportunities will be available for life insurance, annuities, and long‑term care. Communication – The ability to speak and write in a clear and calm manner, ensuring customer satisfaction above all. Organization – Ability to plan and operate in a well‑organized manner. Team Oriented – Ability to incorporate well with the existing team, as well as maintain a positive attitude and good energy in the workplace. Computer literate – Ready to use and learn technology, as we work in a variety of portals and software programs. The candidate chosen would build benefit enrollment materials for employees which are created in Excel and PowerPoint.
