Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments for new clients, utilizing evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions to develop personalized treatment plans that align with their individual goals and needs.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), adapting your approach based on the client’s unique circumstances to foster hope, resilience, and growth.

• Maintain meticulous clinical records that respect client confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations, ensuring our practice’s adherence to ethical and professional standards.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings, contributing your insights to a multidisciplinary treatment team that includes psychiatrists and psychologists, thus elevating the quality of care provided to clients.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options available, and the resources they can access within the community, empowering them through knowledge and support.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active license to practice in Washington State as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
