Key Responsibilities\n

• You will assess and analyze clients' needs through diagnostic assessments, leading to informed treatment plans tailored to individual requirements.

• Utilizing a variety of psychotherapy modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), and psychodynamic therapy to provide effective treatment.

• You will monitor and adjust treatment strategies based on ongoing client assessments, utilizing data-driven methodologies to measure progress.

• Providing crisis management when needed, ensuring that clients are safe and supported during critical moments.
\n
• Collaborating with case management to ensure holistic care and support for clients, including behavior modifications and regular follow-up sessions.

• Adopting a non-judgmental and empathetic approach, making therapeutic adjustments based on clients’ preferences and feedback.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The therapist will work with a wide range of clients facing various mental health challenges. These may include individuals dealing with Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), anxiety disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), trauma-related issues, and grief. You will play a vital role in empowering these individuals to understand their challenges and develop coping strategies, making a direct impact on their mental wellness and quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), in accordance with state regulations.

• Experience with various psychotherapy modalities and familiarity with a broad spectrum of mental health disorders and diagnoses.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.

• No history of Medical Malpractice Claims, verified by a third party.
\n
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

• Prior experience in a remote counseling environment is preferred.

• Exposure to electronic medical record (EMR) systems and telehealth platforms is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Braver Perspective, LLC offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
