Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough diagnostic assessments to understand the mental health needs of clients.

• Provide crisis management and support to clients in urgent situations.

• Utilize a variety of psychotherapy modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), and psychodynamic therapy to tailor treatment plans to individual patient preferences.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic medical records (EMR) while employing remote communication technology.
\n
• Offer compassionate and non-judgmental support, ensuring a safe space for clients to express themselves.
\n
• Regularly monitor and evaluate client progress using a diverse set of evidence-based tools and continuous feedback mechanisms.

• Collaborate effectively with case management to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
\n
• Work independently while utilizing sound judgment to deliver mental health services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on clients facing mild to moderate mental health challenges, including disorders such as Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), anxiety disorders, PTSD, trauma, and grief. By providing tailored treatment plans and a compassionate approach, you will help empower clients on their journey toward improved mental health and well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or similar disciplines is required.

• Valid social work license recognized per state regulations (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) is mandatory.

• Proven diagnostic and clinical skills, with competence in treating a wide array of mental health disorders.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients.

• No history of medical malpractice claims, verified by a third-party background check.

• Authorized to work in the United States.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Compensation for this role ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, reflective of your experience and expertise.
