Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct remote therapy sessions with clients utilizing our secure telehealth platform, addressing issues ranging from anxiety to family dynamics.

• Keep detailed and accurate records of client interactions and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and ethical standards.

• Provide crisis intervention when necessary, equipping clients with coping strategies and immediate support to manage difficult situations.

• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, in a multidisciplinary approach to coordinate care effectively.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Tennessee.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an intrinsic ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, allowing for effective handling of a diverse caseload.

Compensation and Benefits\n
