Our Benefits Include: A fun work environment where you can positively influence others Flexible scheduling (and closed on Sundays) Learning first-hand from an experienced Operator and Restaurant Leaders Intentional growth and development to help you reach your professional goals Scholarship opportunities Competitive pay Back of House Shift Lead Responsibilities: Supervise and lead the back of house team in food preparation, cooking, and assembly Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen Ensure safe operation around kitchen equipment and report maintenance issues Enforce Chick-fil-A rules and dress code Assist in training of new hires, set the tone for a shift, and act as a role model for our team Open and/or close, lead shifts, key holder Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken Be a friendly, encouraging team player Qualifications and Requirements: Consistent, reliable, and detail-oriented Cheerful, positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills Loves serving and helping others Customer service oriented and able to multi-taskWorks well independently and in a team environment Be willing and able to work a flexible schedule Ability to lift and carry 10-50 lbs regularly and stand for long periods Kitchen experience required Ability to manage Team Member behavioral and performance issues Strong people skills with a desire to serve Team Members Saturday availability Previous leadership experience preferred but not required Location: Chick-fil-a s coulter st.
