We're a lean, high-output team where everyone wears multiple hats and makes an impact. The Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Real Estate Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of bookkeeping experience, a solid understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience in commercial real estate and property management accounting is preferred. What You\'ll Do Perform daily bookkeeping and accounting functions for a portfolio of commercial properties. Monthly Bank Reconciliations Record journal entries and maintain accurate general ledger accounts. Assist with monthly financial reporting and month-end close procedures. Review tenant ledgers and research payment discrepancies. Monitor and reconcile security deposit accounts Support with lender reporting, and other accounting requests. What We\'re Looking For Minimum of 2 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience. Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite. Appfolio experience strongly preferred. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
