This position is remote, providing flexibility while allowing you to focus on client interactions and case management. You will be integrated into a dynamic hospice center, collaborating with healthcare professionals and other social workers to ensure that clients receive holistic care. Although the role allows for remote work, you will also participate in occasional team meetings and training sessions as well as community outreach efforts to raise awareness of agency services.

Key Responsibilities\n

Understanding the unique needs of this patient population is essential in delivering effective and culturally competent care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.

• Current and active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
