Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms in clients, ensuring all information is documented accurately.

• Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that align with their individual goals, preferences, and life circumstances.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) in your client interactions.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, alternative treatment options, and effective self-care strategies to promote mental health resilience.

• Continuously monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to better meet their evolving needs.

• Engage in integrated care by collaborating with psychiatrists and other medical professionals to provide comprehensive mental health services.

• Stay informed about the latest research and advances in mental health treatment to continually enhance your therapeutic approach.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is a must.
