Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will take on diverse responsibilities that include:

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address and manage a variety of issues, such as grief and loss, family conflicts, and adjustment to divorce.

• Maintaining thorough documentation of client progress and treatment plans in accordance with clinic policies.

• Participating in regular clinical team meetings to share insights and develop collaborative treatment strategies.

• Providing psychoeducation to clients on topics related to mental health, coping mechanisms, and lifestyle adjustments.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will engage with a diverse client base, including adults, children, and adolescents, who may be dealing with various challenges—including alcoholism, medical issues, blended family dynamics, and emotional trauma. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
