Digital Marketing Director

To enhance brand visibility and revenue, the full-time Digital Marketing Director will develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy, overseeing all digital touchpoints including website management, SEO/SEM, and e-commerce, while managing a team and collaborating with cross-functional partners in a remote setting. Key responsibilities: Serve as the primary strategist for digital marketing initiatives, establishing KPIs and measurement frameworks across channels Oversee paid media strategy and performance, guiding teams on segmentation, testing frameworks, and conversion tracking Lead e-commerce analytics and conversion rate optimization, including user behavior tracking and checkout optimization Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field 5+ years of digital marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role Cannabis industry experience preferred Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Manager, and Google Ads Deep understanding of digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, and paid social
