Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide weekly clinical supervision to practicum students in their Master’s programs, guiding them through the licensure process and offering constructive feedback on their counseling techniques.

• Conduct individual and group psychotherapy sessions for clients seeking support in areas such as depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and life transitions.

• Collaborate with fellow healthcare professionals and community resources to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring that therapeutic goals and objectives are tailored to their unique needs.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment strategies in compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.

Compensation and Benefits\n
