This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask. You will champion our fun culture, encourage inclusivity, and embrace diversity. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic self‑starter who can adapt to an evolving, fast‑paced environment and meet the company's growth targets. What you will do Responsible for prospecting and creating demand for Rocketstay products and services. Contact potential clients to establish rapport and arrange follow‑up phone meetings. Plan and oversee new marketing and sales initiatives. Maintain detailed reporting of the status of prospecting activities within our company's CRM to ensure organization and follow‑up. Develop performance goals for the development of the team while mentoring each individual and managing results against targets and conversion metrics. Track daily, weekly, and monthly performance. What we need from you Successful track record in Business Development or Sales; experience within a Hospitality Technology or Integrated service company is a plus. Direct selling experience with proven sales targets. Familiarity with a CRM is highly preferred – understanding of developing dashboards and reports. Knowledge of the hotel/hospitality industry is a plus. Knowledge of Vacation Rentals. Ability to inspire a team to persevere through adversity and succeed. #J-18808-Ljbffr Rocketstay.com
