Work Environment\n

This role operates in a telehealth setting, making it essential for you to be comfortable with technology and virtual platforms to deliver effective care. Remote work brings the flexibility to maintain a healthy work-life balance while serving patients through secure online sessions. Your working hours will generally be Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 4 PM, with some flexibility required to accommodate patient schedules and needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments utilizing evidence-based practices, establishing comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), adapting your approach based on individual patient needs.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide integrated care and support for our clients.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to continually enhance the quality and efficacy of care provided.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions and empower them with information about treatment options and community resources available to them.

• Stay updated on advancements and research in the mental health field, implementing best practices in your therapeutic approach.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client demographic, including individuals facing a range of mental health challenges such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and interpersonal issues. Your role will be pivotal in understanding these unique experiences and fostering a therapeutic alliance that promotes trust, safety, and healing.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.

• Proven ability to apply solution-focused psychotherapy techniques in order to create personalized and effective therapeutic experiences.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an emphasis on building rapport and trust with clients.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate complex client situations with empathy and efficacy.
