Our operational hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for consistent structure in your work schedule. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments to evaluate clients' mood disorder symptoms, analyzing the severity, frequency, and duration of these symptoms.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with clients' specific goals and preferences, staying responsive to their evolving needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to provide effective mental health treatment.

• Educate clients and their families on mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care strategies, empowering them to take control of their mental health journey.

• Monitor clients' progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans as needed based on ongoing assessments and outcomes.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care plans and share critical client information.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation of all client interactions, treatment progress, and care plans in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Participate in professional development opportunities and team meetings designed to improve clinical skills and treatment methods.

• Advocate for clients' mental health needs, working towards destigmatization of mood disorders and promoting awareness within the community.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position focuses primarily on clients dealing with mood disorders, including but not limited to depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related conditions. You will engage with a diverse range of individuals, each experiencing unique challenges, which will require a tailored and empathetic approach to care. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.

• In-depth knowledge and expertise in evidence-based treatment methods, particularly regarding mood disorders.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
