This position is primarily remote, utilizing telehealth technology to provide effective mental health therapy. Regular business hours will be adhered to, with occasional evening shifts to accommodate our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients’ unique mental health needs, developing tailored treatment plans accordingly.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions via telehealth, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and others to address complex mental health issues.

• Engage in collaborative efforts with a diverse team of professionals, including case managers and psychiatrists, to ensure cohesive and holistic care for all clients.

• Provide crisis intervention strategies, demonstrating empathy and professionalism to assist clients in acute distress during virtual sessions.

• Actively participate in community outreach programs and educational initiatives aimed at promoting mental health awareness and fighting stigma associated with mental illness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a broad demographic, serving individuals from various ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds. Our patient population is diverse, encompassing adults, families, and groups seeking assistance for issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relational difficulties, and more. You'll be instrumental in helping clients navigate their challenges and improve their quality of life through tailored therapeutic approaches.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active independent license in California as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A completed master’s degree or doctoral degree in a relevant field such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication skills, capable of establishing rapport and therapeutic relationships with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Demonstrated cultural competence and sensitivity, ensuring effective practice when working with individuals from varying cultural contexts.
\n
• Strong organizational abilities, including excellent time management and the capability to maintain thorough and timely documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in a community mental health setting, particularly within telehealth environments.

• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities and proficiency in utilizing teletherapy tools and platforms.

• Experience in crisis intervention and support, especially for clients in acute distress.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
