Territory Manager

Fissco Supply is one of the nation's largest wholesale distributors of heating, air conditioning and refrigeration (HVAC/R) products. As such, we have an immediate opening for a Territory Manager to work in the DFW Metroplex area.


As an Outside Sales Representative in the DFW Metroplex area, you will be responsible for increasing the sales of HVAC parts and equipment with designated key customers - mostly HVAC contractors. This will be accomplished through the development of business relationships and positioning the Fissco Supply solution as a strategic advantage for the customer.

Responsibilities

• Execute Sales calls with assigned accounts to maintain strong business partnerships
• Consult with customers to offer solutions for their HVAC needs
• Drive business development by identifying and close new business opportunities within the assigned territory
• Meet or surpass annual sales goals
• Utilize Business Intelligence software to monitor and evaluate assigned accounts
• Deliver superior customer service and solutions by resolving issues quickly and delivering business solutions
• Partner with your assigned branch and the Branch Support Office to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications

• Valid Drivers License
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or marketing is preferred. A High School Diploma combined with equivalent industry experience will be considered.
• Technical knowledge of HVAC products and equipment
• Demonstrate sales success by offering solutions and adding value
• 3+ years of relevant experience in an outside sales role
• Exceptional communication, planning, and organizational skills
• Fluency in both English and in Spanish is required
