This is an opportunity to join a growing talent acquisition team that plays a key role in shaping the organization's future, partnering directly with business leaders to identify and attract top talent across corporate and leadership functions. Summary The Corporate Recruiter will manage full-cycle recruiting efforts for a variety of corporate and executive-level positions. This individual will serve as a strategic talent advisor, developing sourcing strategies, building talent pipelines, and delivering a high-quality candidate and stakeholder experience throughout the hiring process. The ideal candidate brings executive recruiting experience, exceptional attention to detail, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment. Experience recruiting Financial Advisors is highly preferred. Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment for corporate, professional, and leadership-level positions. Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and develop effective recruiting strategies. Source, identify, and engage qualified candidates through various channels, including networking, referrals, job boards, and direct outreach. Lead executive-level searches and build talent pipelines for critical positions. Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit. Coordinate and manage the interview process, ensuring a positive experience for candidates and hiring teams. Present qualified candidates and provide hiring recommendations to stakeholders. Facilitate offer negotiations and support candidates through the onboarding process. Maintain accurate records and recruiting data within the applicant tracking system. Provide talent market insights and hiring trends to support workforce planning efforts. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external talent communities. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a corporate environment. Executive recruiting experience required. Experience recruiting Financial Advisors strongly preferred. Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities simultaneously. Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing abilities. Experience partnering with senior leaders and hiring managers. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies. Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
