Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW at Melodic Clarity Behavioral Therapy, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments for students facing various mental health challenges, developing personalized treatment plans aligned with the latest best practices.

• Administering therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy tailored to the individual needs of each student.

• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation, ensuring adherence to HIPAA regulations and organizational standards.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including school staff, psychologists, and psychiatrists, to provide comprehensive care that addresses students’ mental and emotional needs.

• Engaging in regular case consultations and team meetings to discuss patient progress and enhance the quality of care delivered.

• Offering guidance and support to students and their families, educating them on mental health topics and available community resources.

• Staying updated with current research and developments in mental health treatment to continuously improve your clinical skills.

Your primary focus will be on students within the school system who may be facing emotional and psychological challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.

• At least 3 years of experience in a clinical setting, specifically in providing psychotherapy services.

• Strong knowledge of solution-focused therapy techniques and evidence-based practices.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster rapport with students and families.

Compensation and Benefits\n
