Pay & Benefits:

• Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 (for reference; actual salary range $250,000 - $350,000 annually)

What You'll Do:

• Diagnose and stage various cancers through clinical assessments, imaging, and labs.
• Develop personalized, evidence-based treatment plans incorporating chemotherapy, radiation, immunotherapy, and targeted therapies.
• Monitor patient progress; adjust treatment protocols as needed.
• Manage treatment side effects and provide supportive care.
• Educate patients and families about diagnoses and treatment options.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including surgeons, radiologists, nurses, and navigators.
• Participate in clinical trials, research, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Stay current with oncology guidelines, breakthroughs, and evidence-based practices.
• Mentor and guide junior staff and contribute to department initiatives.

What You Need:

• Medical license in Vermont
• Board-certified (or eligible) in Oncology
• Significant clinical oncology experience
• Strong communication and multidisciplinary collaboration skills
• Commitment to patient-centered care
