What You'll Do:

• Collaborate with orthopedic surgeons in diagnosing and treating musculoskeletal conditions
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and evaluations
• Develop and implement treatment plans under physician supervision
• Order and interpret diagnostic and imaging studies
• Assist in orthopedic surgical procedures
• Manage pre- and post-operative patient care and follow-up
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and recovery
• Perform office-based procedures such as joint injections
• Maintain accurate documentation in medical records
• Participate in rotational call coverage and team meetings
• Adhere to safety policies and quality standards

What You Need:

• Active PA-C license in Vermont or eligible for licensure
• Minimum 1 year of orthopedic or surgical experiencenew grads not considered
• Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
