About the Position

An established outpatient primary care practice in Brattleboro, Vermont is seeking a full-time APRN to provide comprehensive care within a supportive, multidisciplinary environment.

Your Role

As a Nurse Practitioner, you will:

✨ Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care
✨ Practice independently within APRN licensure standards
✨ Focus on health promotion, disease prevention, and wellness
✨ Perform assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning
✨ Deliver patient and family education for informed decision-making
✨ Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals
✨ Maintain a safe, efficient, and patient-centered clinical environment

✅ Qualifications

✔ Master’s Degree from an accredited Adult Nurse Practitioner program – Required
✔ Current Vermont APRN License (or ability to obtain) – Required
✔ Certification as Adult, Family, or Pediatric NP – Highly Preferred
✔ DEA License – Required
✔ Healthcare Provider CPR Certification – Required
✔ Qualified for credentialing by medical staff – Required
✔ NPDB Self-Query (within 30 days) – Required
