Drive data-driven decision-making and continuous process improvements.Job DescriptionManager, HRIS & Analytics OverviewAs Manager, HRIS & Analytics, lead HR technology and analytics initiatives to optimize workforce management and decision-making processes.Collaborate with HR, IT, Finance, and business leaders to align HR systems and data solutions with organizational goals.Drive system enhancements, workforce analytics projects, and data governance practices to improve operational efficiency.Leverage Workday and related platforms to ensure system reliability, data accuracy, and continuity of HR processes.Develop advanced reports, dashboards, and analytics tools to support strategic decision-making and workforce planning.Promote adoption of self-service reporting and analytics tools across the organization.Lead HR technology projects, including system implementations, upgrades, and integrations, ensuring timely delivery of outcomes.Foster a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement within the organization.Manager, HRIS & Analytics Key Responsibilities & DutiesServe as the primary point of contact for Workday and HR technology platforms, ensuring system reliability and data accuracy.Plan, test, and deploy system enhancements, integrations, and upgrades while minimizing operational disruption.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, document processes, and align technology solutions with organizational objectives.Design and maintain advanced Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics tools to support executive decision-making.Establish data governance standards to ensure data quality, reporting accuracy, and compliance.Manage HR technology projects, coordinating resources and ensuring timely delivery of business outcomes.Identify workforce trends and deliver actionable insights to improve talent strategies and operational effectiveness.Evaluate emerging HR technology solutions and drive continuous process improvements.Manager, HRIS & Analytics Job RequirementsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related field preferred.7-10 years of progressive experience in HRIS, HR technology, or workforce analytics, with significant Workday expertise.Proven experience leading HR technology projects, system implementations, and process improvement initiatives.Advanced analytical skills with experience in reporting and business intelligence tools like Power BI or SQL.Strong understanding of HR data governance, compliance requirements, and reporting best practices.Ability to build partnerships and influence stakeholders across HR, IT, Finance, and business operations.Workday certifications and experience with analytics tools preferred.Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives effectively.
