If you're motivated, customer-focused, and know how to build trust while helping customers maintain their vehicles, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

* Greet customers and provide an exceptional service experience.
* Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues.
* Recommend maintenance and repairs based on technician inspections.
* Prepare estimates and explain repair recommendations clearly.
* Keep customers informed throughout the repair process.
* Coordinate with technicians to ensure quality repairs and timely delivery.
* Build long-term customer relationships through honesty and outstanding service.
* Meet customer satisfaction goals.

Qualifications

* Automotive service advisor/service writer experience preferred.
* Strong sales and communication skills.
* Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
* Basic automotive knowledge and repair terminology.
* Positive attitude with excellent customer service skills.
* Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
