Copy Center Specialist

Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Copy Center Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, experience operating print and finishing equipment, and a commitment to delivering high-quality products while providing outstanding customer service. Location Coraopolis, PA 15108. We are responsible for managing the copy center at a large retailer's corporate headquarters. The facility includes an on-site food court and fitness center, providing employees with convenient dining and wellness amenities. Hours Monday-Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM with flexibility pending on workloads. Operate and maintain digital copiers, printers, laminators, binding equipment, and other finishing equipment. Prepare files for printing and copying and ensure jobs meet our customer specifications. Monitor print quality and perform basic troubleshooting on equipment. Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Process orders and maintain accurate records. Keep the copy center clean, organized, and well-stocked. Provide professional, friendly service and recommend products or services that meet customer needs. Qualifications Must have access to reliable transportation. High school diploma or equivalent (GED) – College Degree is a plus and allows a fast track plan to management. Customer Service/Hospitality/Retail background preferred. Professional appearance and demeanor. Keyboarding and Windows environment PC skills. Lifting up to 55 pounds.
