Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver personalized mental health care through individual, group, and family therapy primarily via video or phone sessions.

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to identify clients’ needs and formulate effective therapeutic strategies.

• Develop tailored treatment plans that align with best practices and clients’ unique situations.

• Maintain accurate and updated documentation of client interactions and therapeutic progress in accordance with legal and ethical requirements.

• Engage with other mental health professionals in case consultation sessions to optimize client care.

• Advocate for clients’ mental health needs in collaboration with community resources and support systems.

• Participate in ongoing professional development, including training and supervision, to enhance skills and maintain licensure.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary responsibility will be to support individuals experiencing a variety of mental health issues, including depression, anxiety, trauma, and substance use disorders. By utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques, you will empower clients to navigate their challenges and promote lasting recovery. Your expertise will also extend to co-occurring disorders, providing rich insight into the complex needs of your clients.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Counseling (LPCC), Social Work (LCSW), or Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT).

• Current and active license in the state of California as LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT.

• Strong understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

• Proficiency in telehealth platforms and counseling practices.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients while maintaining professional boundaries.

• A minimum of 2-4 years of professional experience working directly with clients facing mental and behavioral health challenges.

Compensation and Benefits\n
