- Project ManagerBaton Rouge Corporate Office - Baton Rouge, LA 70809## DescriptionSummary Responsible for the coordination and completion of projects on time and within budget. Oversees all aspects of projects. * Define project scope with client, marketing and relevant stakeholders* Coordinate allocation of resources with other project managers* Budget resources for project completion* Review project status with Director of Operations and make revisions to project schedule/resources as needed* Adhere to company QA/QC standards* Net Labor Multiplier target > 3.0* Maintain utilization targets of direct reports* Timely project invoicing and A/R follow-up as necessary* Provide 6-month project forecast to Controller/Director of Operations on a monthly basis* Provide leadership, guidance and instruction to less experienced staff members. Provides advanced technical advice to staff.* Supervise project team staff on major projects.* Regularly meets and corresponds with clients.* Ability to work with a multi-disciplined team of engineers and technicians in the design of various projects.* Client development, maintenance, and management; contract preparation and negotiation; coordination with regulatory agencies; project planning, budgeting, and scheduling; and the establishment of critical project objectives and performances.* Plans, organizes, and communicates project personnel needs to department management.* Communicates and coordinates with team all deliverables as well as scope, schedule, and budget.## Qualifications* Bachelors degree in engineering or related field from an accredited curriculum.* 7+ years experience* Must have experience in the preparation of contract documents and the production of plans and specifications.* Professional Engineering (PE) registration
