Administrative Assistant
$8 - $16 per hourPersonnel Resources
Job Duties Onboard new employees Accounts Payable Enter payment information to accounting software for the CPA Serve as the point of contact for employee relations, timekeeping and other employment information for office staff and the PEO Requirements Previous experience in an administrative role providing assistance to an HR team, accounting team or medical administrator Knowledge of basic accounting functions Experience in timekeeping, onboarding new hires and basic knowledge of benefits Busy medical practice in Dothan is looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join their team. This position will work Monday-Friday 8am-5pm and offers $16/hour and a strong retirement and BCBS insurance package. Prior experience as an Administrative Assistant is required and preference is given to administrative experience within a medical practice.
