Job Overview A law firm seeks a Construction Litigation Associate in Portland, Oregon. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in construction law, focusing on litigation and contract development for public owners, developers, architects, engineers, and design firms. Duties Represent clients in complex construction litigation matters. Develop and negotiate construction contracts. Collaborate with a team of legal professionals on case strategies. Conduct legal research and draft legal documents. Requirements 3-5 years of experience in construction law. Excellent writing skills and attention to detail. Strong academic credentials. Active bar license in Washington or Oregon, or eligibility to waive in. Education Degree in engineering, architecture, or construction management preferred. Certifications Active bar license in Washington or Oregon. Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
