Key Responsibilities\n

Your role will encompass a wide range of responsibilities, including:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to determine the mental health needs of clients and formulating individualized treatment plans based on best practices.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), specific to client needs.

• Maintaining meticulous and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards.

• Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow social workers to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

• Participating in peer review sessions and case consultations to promote continuous quality improvement in treatment delivery.

• Providing vital education and resources to clients and their families regarding mental health issues, treatment options, and available community support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client base, including individuals grappling with a variety of mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your expertise will be essential in helping these individuals navigate their challenges, set and achieve treatment goals, and improve their overall quality of life.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid LCSW license in the state of Illinois.

• Strong knowledge of evidence-based psychotherapy interventions.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
