What Success Looks Like

Responsibilities

Represent buyers and sellers throughout the transaction process
Conduct buyer consultations and listing appointments
Negotiate contracts on behalf of clients
Follow up promptly with company-provided leads
Maintain accurate CRM records
Deliver exceptional communication and customer service
Stay current on local market conditions

What We Are Looking For

Active Real Estate License
Strong communication skills
Coachable with a positive attitude
Comfortable using technology and CRM systems
Self-motivated and driven to build a business
Available to respond quickly to new opportunities

Compensation

Commission-based with six-figure earning potential
