Senior Account Executive - Fintech (NYC / MIA)

About Crossmint Crossmint is a leading enterprise‑grade stablecoin and wallet infrastructure platform, enabling fintechs and enterprises to integrate stablecoin rails with speed, compliance, and scale. Location Based in New York City or Miami (preferred), but open to remote applicants within the United States. Type of Employment Full‑time. Base Salary Range $100,000 – $150,000. Note: Final level and compensation are determined during the interview process based on experience and fit. About the Role You will own the full cycle across Crossmint's fintech vertical, from sourcing and outbound through close and expansion. Success requires the ability to build trust with product, compliance, and engineering leaders quickly by demonstrating deep understanding of their needs. About You 5+ years of experience across GTM, consulting, operations, or technical roles, with meaningful time in fintech, payments, or crypto infrastructure. Background may include consulting, product, engineering, or ops before moving into sales or BD—a non‑linear path is valued. Track record of closing complex, multi‑stakeholder deals in regulated or technical environments. You Know the Space Deep understanding of stablecoins, payment rails, wallets, and compliance constraints. Established network with fintech founders, operators, or decision‑makers. Ability to spot opportunities before they surface in inbound traffic. You Think Before You Pitch Conduct discovery like a consultant: structured, hypothesis‑driven, focused on real problems. Engage engineers, product leads, and compliance teams in their own language. Comfortable navigating APIs, integration architecture, and technical trade‑offs to move deals forward. You Execute with Ownership Self‑directed and outcome‑oriented, not reliant on external process hand‑off. Uses modern tooling and AI to scale research, outbound, follow‑ups, and execution.
