This position is primarily remote, allowing you to conduct therapy sessions from the comfort of your own home or in an outpatient office setting as needed. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual therapy sessions and group therapy in an outpatient setting, focusing on the unique needs of each client.

• Utilize behavioral interventions to support clients, including anger management and coping strategies to address high-risk behaviors.

• Work collaboratively with the Child Family Treatment Team, engaging interdisciplinary staff to support holistic treatment plans for youth and families.
\n
• Document clinical interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes thoroughly within designated time frames to comply with organizational standards.

• Participate in regular supervision and team meetings to contribute ideas and feedback that enhance our service delivery.
\n
• Assist families in developing decision-making and problem-solving skills to alleviate behavioral challenges at home, encouraging healthy interactions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary client focus will include a diverse population, ranging from children and adolescents to adults facing various life challenges. You will engage clients struggling with issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and behavioral challenges. This position is ideal for individuals passionate about facilitating change in both youths and families, fostering an environment conducive to healing and growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in counseling, family therapy, or a related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted LMFT license is mandatory for this position.

• Availability to work a minimum of 5-10 hours per week during after-school hours, specifically from 4 PM to 7 PM.

• A valid driver’s license and access to a registered vehicle for potential in-home therapy sessions.
\n
• A successful completion of a criminal background check, inclusive of fingerprinting.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least two years of experience in providing therapy services, particularly with children and families.

• Proven experience in delivering positive behavior support and interventions that can positively impact client outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Your annual salary will range from $80,000 to $104,000, determined by experience and the associated caseload. The position provides a robust benefits package, including:
