Senior Partner Sales Manager - Salesforce

We're seeking a Senior Partner Sales Manager – Salesforce to work remotely within the US on our team. This position requires blending an entrepreneurial approach to sales with growth strategies driven by partnerships. You'll be accountable for owning a quota and generating tangible revenue through a mix of new-logo wins and opportunities sourced or influenced by partners. Your work will involve cultivating relationships with senior executives throughout the partner network, jointly creating market strategies, and establishing EPAM's reputation as a go-to partner for large-scale digital transformation initiatives.

Shape sales strategy and revenue targets for key strategic partners Own a personal quota that blends new-logo wins with partner-generated revenue Establish a sustainable pipeline via direct outreach and collaborative selling alongside partners Oversee the entire sales process, from initial qualification to final deal closure Create shared account plans in coordination with partner field teams for mutual opportunities Encourage partner organizations to give priority to EPAM's collaborative initiatives Guide impactful, value-focused discussions with clients using combined EPAM and partner offerings Implement joint market entry campaigns while tracking measurable pipeline outcomes Oversee accuracy and governance in forecasting, pipeline tracking, and opportunity reporting Leverage strategic partner funding and investment to speed up shared wins 10+ years of experience in enterprise IT sales or business development, with emphasis on winning new clients A track record of consistently hitting or surpassing individual sales targets Solid grasp of co-selling frameworks and commercial strategies led by partners Demonstrated capability to handle intricate enterprise sales processes from start to finish Thorough knowledge of leading technology ecosystems and how alliances function within them Capacity to engage and influence senior client and partner executives, including C-suite level Outstanding skills in commercial negotiation and strategic planning Background working within global, matrixed organizational structures A degree in business, technology, or a related discipline Strong abilities in presenting and communicating Advanced English proficiency (C1+) Previous experience managing revenue strategies driven by alliances Experience executing joint go-to-market initiatives and co-funded campaigns Certifications or credentials related to strategic partner ecosystems (e.g., major cloud providers) Proficiency in multiple languages and experience in international sales
