Project Manager

Looking to take ownership of high-voltage substation projects with a company that has a strong pipeline of work across Wisconsin? I'm partnering with a leading electrical infrastructure contractor that's continuing to invest in the growth of its Power Delivery team. As a result, they're looking to hire Project Managers and Senior Project Managers to lead utility substation projects from award through to completion. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with an electrical utility, EPC, or T&D background who enjoys managing technically challenging projects while maintaining a healthy balance between office and field activities. What you'll be working on Greenfield and brownfield substation projects Voltage levels ranging from 69kV to 345kV Full project lifecycle management from planning through commissioning Collaboration with engineering, construction, procurement, and field teams Building and maintaining strong client relationships while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget What we're looking for 2+ years of Project Management experience within the electrical utility, substation, or transmission & distribution industry Experience managing high-voltage electrical infrastructure projects Strong commercial awareness with the ability to manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and project execution Excellent communication and leadership skills An electrical background within utilities, EPCs, or power delivery is highly desirable Location & Travel Based out of Appleton or the Sussex, WI area Primarily office and project-based Travel limited to projects within Wisconsin Typical site visits are 1–2 days at a time, allowing you to stay close to home Project Manager: $105,000–$125,000 Senior Project Manager: $125,000–$145,000 Performance bonus Vehicle allowance Company cell phone Competitive overall benefits package If you're currently managing utility, transmission, or substation projects and are interested in joining a company with a strong reputation, long-term project pipeline, and genuine opportunities for career progression, I'd love to speak with you.
