Back of House Staff

We are looking for a Kitchen Staff member to join our team. This role is primarily focused on kitchen work — prep, cooking, and plating — along with serving ramen to guests at their tables. Since orders are placed through Toast (self-order system), there is minimal front-of-house order-taking involved. This position is ideal for someone who wants to focus on kitchen work while also helping keep the restaurant running smoothly.

Our hours are 10:30am to 3:00am, and shifts will include late-night hours.

Responsibilities:

• Food prep, cooking, and plating in the kitchen
• Serving ramen to guests at their tables (delivery only, minimal customer interaction)
• Bussing tables and clearing dishes
• Restocking supplies such as napkins, condiments, and chopsticks
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen in line with health and safety standards
• Assisting with kitchen inventory and food stock management
• Handling POS transactions and processing payments
• Closing out the register at end of shift
• Opening and closing duties for the restaurant

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in a restaurant kitchen
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong teamwork skills
• Basic food safety knowledge (food handler's certification a plus)
• Flexible availability, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays
• Able to work late-night shifts
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
