Operating Hours & Schedule Requirements

• Operating Hours: 10:30 AM – 3:00 AM

• Shift Availability: Candidates must be able to work flexible schedules, including early morning prep shifts or late-night/closing shifts (until 3:00 AM).

Position 1: Line Cook

About the Role: We are looking for a responsible and driven Line Cook to help keep our kitchen running smoothly and efficiently. In this role, you will be on the front lines of service—cooking dishes to standard, maintaining quality under pressure, and completing essential daily prep to ensure a flawless service.

We want someone who takes pride in their work, possesses strong accountability, and is constantly seeking ways to learn, improve, and take on more responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute dishes accurately and efficiently during fast-paced service hours.

• Perform thorough prep work to ensure stations are fully stocked for service.

• Take ownership of kitchen organization, cleanliness, and food safety standards.

• Work closely with the culinary team to maintain high consistency and quality.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of line cook experience required. Experience in a ramen shop or Asian/Japanese culinary environment is a strong plus.

• Mindset: Highly responsible, proactive, and constantly seeking self-improvement and growth within the kitchen.

• Work Ethic: Thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with composure and efficiency.

• Flexibility: Open availability to work early morning or late-night closing shifts (until 3:00 AM).

Position 2: Dishwasher / Prep Cook (Entry Level)

While your core responsibilities will be maintaining a clean, efficient dish pit and assisting with daily prep work, this role is designed for someone who genuinely wants to learn, grow, and experience the energy of a fast-paced kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient dishwashing station.
