Vice President Human Resources

A growing organization is seeking a hands-on Vice President of Human Resources to partner directly with the Executive Leadership Team and lead the continued evolution of the company’s people strategy, talent capability, and HR infrastructure. This is a high-impact opportunity for a hands-on HR leader who can think strategically, but is also willing to roll up their sleeves and execute across talent acquisition, employee relations, organizational development, compensation, payroll, benefits, and performance management. The position offers a hybrid work schedule of 3x days in the office. Key Responsibilities Serve as a trusted HR business partner and advisor to the Executive Leadership Team Strengthen management effectiveness across the organization Improve recruiting processes and talent acquisition outcomes Lead employee relations, engagement, performance management, compensation, and benefits initiatives Build scalable HR programs, processes, and infrastructure to support continued growth and acquisition activity Drive accountability, process improvement, and stronger people leadership practices throughout the organization Ideal Background Experience supporting fast-growing, entrepreneurial, or founder-led organizations Strong operational mindset with the ability to move seamlessly between strategy and execution Demonstrated success improving leadership capability, organizational effectiveness, and scalable HR practices Experience supporting field-based, hourly, blue-collar workforces #J-18808-Ljbffr
