Creative Marketing Specialist

Owning end-to-end performance marketing for 3-5 client portfolios, the part-time Paid Creative Specialist will set KPIs, allocate budgets, and optimize CAC/LTV ratios while designing multi-channel campaigns across Meta and TikTok. Key responsibilities Manage performance marketing for multiple client portfolios, focusing on KPIs and budget allocation Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive engagement and conversions Lead performance reviews with clients, providing actionable insights and adjusting strategies based on data analysis Required qualifications Experience in performance marketing and campaign management Proficiency in using analytics tools for A/B testing and optimization Familiarity with platforms such as Meta and TikTok for digital marketing Ability to develop playbooks and standard operating procedures for marketing processes Strong understanding of CAC/LTV metrics and their impact on marketing strategies
