Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments of clients to identify their mental health needs and create tailored treatment plans that reflect their goals and preferences.

• Work closely with clients to establish clear therapeutic objectives while offering ongoing support and adjustments as needed throughout the therapy process.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities and approaches, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or solution-focused therapy, depending on client needs.

• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all therapy sessions, client progress, and treatment plans in accordance with organizational policies and regulations.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field, with a master’s or doctoral degree preferred.
