Corporate Development Associate

The full-time Corporate Development Associate (M&A) will manage M&A deal execution from LOI through close, including project management, due diligence leadership, and financial analysis, while working remotely and reporting to the Corporate Headquarters in Columbia, MO. Key responsibilities Own deal execution and project management across multiple live deals, including diligence tracking and stakeholder alignment Lead due diligence efforts by building and managing checklists and coordinating functional diligence across various teams Conduct financial analysis and underwriting to support valuation and deal economics, while managing data room requests and transaction documentation Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field preferred At least 4 years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Corporate Development, or related deal execution roles Strong financial modeling and diligence synthesis skills with high attention to detail Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and comfortable with CRMs and document management tools Execution-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
