Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Thrive Mental Health Services, you will:

• Conduct thorough biopsychosocial assessments for individuals, providing age and culturally appropriate mental health evaluations.

• Deliver comprehensive behavioral health services that include individual and group counseling, crisis intervention, intake assessments, and treatment planning.
\n
• Document evaluations and treatment progress electronically, maintaining accurate mental health records and updating them as necessary for continuity of care.
\n
• Engage in suicide risk assessments with sensitivity and expertise, escalating patient needs to healthcare providers when appropriate.
\n
• Act as a liaison, providing social work support and connecting clients with local resources, including community organizations and medication assistance programs.
\n
• Collaborate with Quality Improvement teams to create and refine processes for data collection and analysis, contributing to ongoing improvements in service delivery.

Qualifications\n

The successful candidate must meet the following qualifications:

• Possess an active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) is required, complemented by at least three years of post-licensure clinical experience.
