Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to accurately identify patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, to facilitate healing and coping strategies for individuals, couples, and families.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups aimed at helping patients understand and navigate their mental health challenges.

• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to maintain a holistic approach to patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention services during mental health emergencies, ensuring stability and safety for clients in distress.

• Educate clients on various mental health conditions, available treatments, and community resources to empower their recovery.

• Maintain detailed and confidential documentation in compliance with clinical and legal standards, ensuring quality of care and accountability.

• Engage in regular case consultations and team meetings to share insights and improve therapeutic practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.

• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders and familiarity with various treatment modalities.

• Demonstrated experience in conducting comprehensive assessments and developing effective treatment plans.

• Experience in delivering therapeutic services to diverse populations in both individual and group settings.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong ethical foundation in professional conduct.

• Proficiency in using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and software, enabling efficient management of patient information.

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior experience in telehealth or remote counseling is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n
