Who we're looking for An execution-focused

commercial co-founder

to drive pilot acquisition and revenue growth alongside the founding team.

We're particularly interested in people with

deep healthcare relationships

and access to decision-makers. Strong candidates typically come from: Healthcare operations or administration Medical device or healthcare sales Healthcare staffing and recruiting Workforce management or healthcare technology sales

The ideal partner Knows the operational, financial, and compliance pain of healthcare staffing firsthand Has

existing relationships with healthcare decision-makers Has relationships within skilled nursing facilities, urgent care centers, home health agencies, clinics, hospitals, or similar organizations Is comfortable building from the ground up and has the persistence to win early customers Brings a relationship-first approach to business development Can communicate the advantage of deploying a workforce scheduling platform that

does not require access to patient health information

Responsibilities Drive outreach to healthcare leaders and operational decision-makers Use your healthcare relationships to open doors and generate qualified opportunities Run product demonstrations, secure pilots, and convert them into paying accounts Build and own customer relationships within your book of business Help shape go-to-market strategy and positioning Generate revenue and take ownership of your commercial results

Compensation Meaningful co-founder equity earned through commercial milestones, plus 50% commission on subscription revenue you personally generate for the first 15 months.

You get paid when the company gets paid.

There is

no salary at this stage

. This is a genuine ground-floor ownership opportunity with direct economic participation in the business you help build. Outside fractional work is compatible, as long as you deliver here.
