Desired Qualifications Foundational classification knowledge - Foundational understanding of job classification, position structures, or compensation principles. Advanced Excel proficiency - Ability to use functions such as VLOOKUP, sorting, filtering, and basic data validation. High‑accuracy data entry - Demonstrated ability to maintain reliable personnel data. Strict confidentiality - Consistent practice of discretion when handling sensitive information.
