Job Title: Salesforce IT Business AnalystLocation-Type: Hybrid, 3 days onsite per week (Tuesdays and Wednesdays required, flexible third day), Fort Washington, PA. Must reside local to Fort Washington, PA - No relocation considered at this time
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: Contract-to-Hire, 4-6 months
Compensation Range: $60-65/hr

This role partners with stakeholders across the organization to gather requirements, drive Salesforce process improvements, and translate technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical audiences. Job Summary
• Gather business requirements and partner with stakeholders to improve Salesforce processes across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Translate technical concepts into business-friendly language and deliver compelling presentations to non-technical audiences
• Pull and analyze data using SQL to support reporting and business initiatives
• Collaborate closely with a small, high-performing Salesforce team across multiple business groups
• Adapt quickly to shifting business priorities driven by market and organizational changes
• Build deep knowledge of the business within the first three months and become a trusted stakeholder partner
• Support future initiatives involving CPQ and Salesforce Agentforce/AI as those projects evolve
Minimum Requirements:
• 3 years of Salesforce Business Analyst experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Demonstrated ability to gather requirements and work directly with business stakeholders
• Working knowledge of SQL for reporting and data querying
• At least one Salesforce certification (Administrator, Business Analyst, or similar)
• Strong communication, presentation, and storytelling skills for non-technical audiences
• Highly adaptable, collaborative, and open to feedback with a self-starter mindset Preferred Qualifications:
• Salesforce CPQ exposure
• Experience with Salesforce Agentforce or other AI-related initiatives
• Prior experience on small, agile Salesforce teams
