This position operates in a remote work setting utilizing telehealth platforms, enabling you to deliver care to a varied client base from anywhere you choose. Your schedule can be flexible, with operating hours from 7 AM to 10 PM, seven days a week. Additionally, we offer a supportive administrative team that handles scheduling and patient services, allowing you to concentrate on providing excellent clinical care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate clients' history and establish tailored treatment approaches.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that prioritize trauma recovery and resilience-building, incorporating evidence-based therapeutic interventions.

• Utilize therapies such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) in individual and group settings.

• Engage in crisis intervention to support clients during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring they feel safe and supported throughout the therapeutic process.

• Educate clients and their families about trauma responses and coping mechanisms, empowering them with knowledge and resources for recovery.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and ongoing professional development tailored to trauma-informed care.

• Staying informed about the latest research and methodologies pertinent to trauma therapy to enhance treatment effectiveness.

Our clients primarily include individuals coping with trauma and stress-related disorders. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients, including adults and couples, all facing unique challenges. Your expert guidance will help them navigate their needs and develop effective coping strategies. We prioritize ensuring our practitioners are well-equipped to handle a variety of cases, with support and training provided to enhance your practice.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.

• Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills, including compassionate communication and a non-judgmental approach.

• Ability to remain calm and maintain professionalism in high-stress scenarios.

• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and other electronic tools for efficient practice management.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least two years of post-licensure experience in a counseling setting is preferred.

• Experience with trauma-focused therapeutic methods and a strong knowledge base in trauma-related disorders and resilience-building approaches.

• Willingness to work with couples, with training provided for those unfamiliar with this client population.

• A self-guided determination to complete clinical documentation in a timely manner, ideally within 24 hours of sessions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Our LPCs enjoy a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000 annually, depending on experience. We offer guaranteed salaries with annual raises, along with bonus opportunities to reward your hard work. Additional benefits include:
